Dennis Jones: Born and educated in Melbourne, Dennis has been in the book trade since 1970. He is very fortunate to have enjoyed 21 years with Harper Collins prior to commencing this business in November 1991. Dennis thoroughly enjoys working with experienced and honest people who share the spirit of books and reading.

Joel Fulton: Joel’s background has always been around books and retailing starting in his formative years in South Melbourne as the Assistant Manager of a Newsagency. His shift to Collins Booksellers involved Airport stores, and opening literally dozens of new bookstores in Australia leading to his eventual position of Operations Director – Marketing. In 2001 Joel joined DJA and shortly after acquired an ownership stake in the business. Those who know him well know he has wide interests involving nurturing his teenage family and a soft spot for fast Holdens. He looks forward to the ongoing relationship with all of our publishers, booksellers and the growing circle of people we endeavour for.

Lea Jones: Together with her husband Dennis, Lea started the business, thereby creating a niche market for small publishers as well as representing various larger companies. As Lea says, “one of our main focuses has been on service to our customers. We have a wonderful team of people working together to ensure the ongoing success of the business.”

Janet Judge: Janet has been with Dennis Jones & Associates for 7 years and in the book trade for 13 years. She plays an active senior management role within the company. Through liaison with both authors and publishers, Janet also designs and produces our monthly New Title Release brochures.

Jeff Higgins: Jeff has over 30 years experience in the Australian and International book trade. He has held sales and marketing roles with Penguin and Harper Collins and was Dymocks International Sales Manager for 5 years. During that time he was also President of the ABA, and has also worked with many publishers in Australia,New Zealand,Asia,USA & UK.

Lyn Lansdown: Our Accounts Manager Lyn has been with the company for approximately 3 years. For all account enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact Lyn at our Bayswater office.

Gary Angliss: Gary has been in the book industry for over 30 years, and has been employed with Dennis Jones & Associates as Sales Representative, Victoria, Tasmania & Southern N.S.W. since 2003.
